Part I: Your first task is to describe what you have learned about your own leadership style from the material we have covered in the first half of the semester. You must make sure to apply at least three of the various leadership approaches we’ve covered to your self analysis. Your analysis should demonstrate that you understand the basic elements of the theories you select to describe what you have learned about your own style.

Part II: The second part of the exam is to describe yourself as a follower. Some questions to consider: Where do you fall, if at all, into the typologies included in Chapter 13? What kind of follower are you? Do you need to make changes or improvements? If so, how might you go about doing that? Again, your analysis should demonstrate that you have absorbed and understand the basics tenets of the theories.

There is no word or page limit on the exam, but keep in mind that it is worth 20% of your grade so do be thorough. Please do use spell and grammar check, and organize your thoughts coherently. You may want to write a draft in Word and then paste into the Exam Tab, or you can upload a Word file.
