For this assignment you need to choose a contract you are a party to. You may think you are not a party to a contract. Trust me when I say, everyone in class is a party to a contract. You can use a current contract or an old contract–although EVERYONE is part to a current contract–and again, YOU must be a party to the contract you choose.

You must “copy” the first page of the contract to verify you are a party to the contract. In addition to the first page of the contract, you must also include a copy of each page addressing the elements, as you identify them. To “copy” these required pages, you need to take pictures and upload the images of these pages as jpeg files.

Once you pick your contract, you will identify the six (6) elements of a valid contract and where/how they are located in your contract. Please do not say, “element #2 is found on page 6 of the contract.” Rather, you need to identify and describe the element and where it is contained in your contract. For example, “element #2 (which you will specify by name) means bla,bla,bla. That particular element is found on page 6 of the contract. Specifically, bla,bla,bla.”
